Job Description

Vcheck Global is looking for a focused, collaborative Marketing & Operations Intern to join our Operations team part-time at our headquarters in Los Angeles. Our Marketing & Operations Intern will be responsible for the following:

Operations

• Administrative duties such as non-routine purchasing, packaging, and mailing 

• Assist in coordinating audits of internal systems and databases

• Assist in consolidating documentation on internal processes and standard procedures

• Assist with special projects as needed

Social Media Management

• Generate activity on company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook

• Identify relevant influencers on LinkedIn and Twitter and propose course of engagement

• Assist in creating content for Instagram and Glassdoor that showcases Vcheck’s company culture in association with recruitment and retention initiatives

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications 

The ideal candidate for this role is in possession of the following skills and characteristics:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

• Demonstrated skills in analytical thinking , problem solving and troubleshooting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
