    POSITION SUMMARY The Account Coordinator will be an integral part of the Sales Team and will be responsible for the coordination of each program, representation of the salesperson, development of marketing materials, custom presentations, and other special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a creative mind and take a proactive approach to bring new and fresh ideas to the table.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Marketing or Advertising. OOH is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Key Note.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • Have the desire to challenge themselves and take on significant responsibility.
    • Must have strong organizational skills and substantial attention to details!!

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Work with Sales Team to create customized sales/marketing materials to be sent to clients across the country.
    • Assist with managing campaigns and client correspondences.
    • Track campaigns through Salesforce.
    • Complete client proposal requests on a daily basis.
    • Work with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of programs.
    • Develop and execute new ideas and marketing strategies.
    • Organize travel arrangements, meetings, client events, company events, etc.
