Applying technology and quantitative skills to solve complex trading problems daily. Passion for the markets and a desire to seize investment opportunities is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS

The right person should exhibit talents in the financial markets, investing, game theory and superior drive with demonstrated accomplishments and curiosity beyond what is expected of them.

• 2-3 Years experience (required)
• Bachelor's, Masters or Ph.D. degree in any scientific field or finance.
• Strong understanding of statistical approaches and predictive modeling techniques (including regression analysis, neural networks, genetic algorithms, SVD, etc.), the underlying assumptions they make, their limitations, and the proper use case for each methodology.
• Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of financial products and trading methodology.
• Natural market insight.
• Proven profitability track record trading across multiple asset classes is a major plus.
• Training or demonstrated ability to learn languages such as C++, R, Lua and/or VBA.
