JOB TITLE: RECEPTIONIST
LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO, CA (ONSITE)
DURATION: 06 - 12 MONTHS + EXTENDABLE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Greeting all visitors, clients, and banking employees
- Overseeing the “Welcome” experience
- Liaison to lobby security for external visitors and contractors
- Front desk duties include concierge support, coat, and luggage check-in, welcome packets coffee services, reservation assistance, car service assistance
- Office supply ordering/stocking - Coffee/ Kitchen amenity stocking
- Reception functions are Greeting visitors o Answering incoming calls o New Hire Onboarding Support & Creating Badges o Registering visitors o Monitoring Reception Metrics o Managing the Reception Inbox, Vendor Management, Invoicing and coding
- Facilities Management – works in conjunction with the Facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order.
- Amenity support o Onsite client or internal meetings o Onsite client or internal events
- Desk & Conference room reservations
- General (other) administrative support o Basic IT Support Preferred Experience
- Hospitality experience, event experience, customer service and front desk experience, administrative support, fluent in English (must) and Spanish (preferred)
