Top Dollar Car is a leading vehicle buying center, purchasing hundreds of vehicles every month directly from consumers. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Vehicle Buyer / Automotive Appraiser to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work directly with customers who are interested in selling their vehicle, complete a vehicle inspection, and present purchase offers in a transparent, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers in person to evaluate vehicles

Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and condition reports

Explain offers clearly and professionally

Complete purchase documentation accurately

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Prior sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred

Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and conditions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain pricing and value confidently
