As a Vehicle Preparation and Delivery Specialist , you will be the face of Falcon Car Rental's excellence. Your role ensures that every client receives a seamless, high-end experience through perfectly prepared vehicles and professional, on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare each luxury and exotic vehicle to Falcon's uncompromising standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.

• Deliver and retrieve vehicles promptly and courteously, maintaining a polished, customer-first attitude.

• Document vehicle condition before and after rentals with detailed photos and videos.

• Explain vehicle features, operations, and rental policies clearly and confidently to clients upon delivery.

• Communicate maintenance needs, damage reports, or irregularities immediately to the Fleet Operations team.

• Maintain an organized workspace and assist with fleet scheduling and logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must reside within 15 miles of Beverly Hills, CA.

• Must have experience in one of the following fields: hospitality, vehicle detailing, or towing.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality service.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with high-end clientele.

• Highly disciplined, punctual, and reliable with excellent time management.
