You'll play a key role in transforming vehicles, trailers, and equipment into eye-catching brand statements and creative masterpieces. Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid Vacation • Life Insurance • Paid Holidays Responsibilities: • Prepare vehicles for installation: clean, inspect, and ensure surfaces are wrap-ready • Install vinyl graphics, full and partial wraps on vehicles, trailers, walls, signs, and more • Trim and finish edges with precision for a seamless, professional result • Assist with lamination, cutting, and production when needed • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and care for tools/equipment • Communicate effectively with the production and design teams to ensure job accuracy • Perform quality checks to guarantee that finished products meet company standards Qualifications: • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently • Experience installing is preferred, but not required • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills • Able to read a tape measure • 1+ year of hands-on experience installing vinyl wraps (REQUIRED) • Familiarity with tools like squeegees, heat guns, knifeless tape, and plotters • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods • Comfortable working in various environments (shop, mobile installs, etc. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have) • 3M or Avery wrap certifications • Experience with large-scale commercial wraps or fleet graphics • Knowledge of vinyl types and applications beyond vehicles Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
