Royal Wrapz, Central California’s leader in commercial vehicle wraps, is seeking a motivated Wrap Prep Technician to join our install team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with their hands, keeping things clean, and being part of a high-performance shop environment. You’ll be responsible for prepping commercial vehicles (vans, trucks, trailers, buses) to ensure they’re ready for vinyl installation. This includes deep cleaning, hardware removal assistance, surface prep, and light production support like weeding vinyl or taping prints. Pay: $17–$22/hour, depending on experience • Opportunity to grow into full install or production roles • Fast-paced team culture with solid leadership • Training provided — no wrap experience required Responsibilities: • Clean and degrease vehicles before vinyl application • Remove decals, emblems, or hardware as needed (mirrors, lights, etc.) • Tape and stage prints for installers • Help maintain a clean and organized shop • Assist with basic vinyl weeding and masking • Document vehicle condition (photos) before installation begins Qualifications: • Hardworking, coachable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working around vehicles with ladders and hand tools • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Bonus: Experience in detailing, auto body prep, or vinyl application Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
