Vehicle Wrap and vinyl graphic Installer

Job Summary: As a Vehicle Wrap and graphic installer, you will play a crucial role in installing graphics on multiple surfaces. The main portion of your time will be spent on the full, half, and partial wraps on vehicles. Your precision, attention to detail, and creativity will contribute to delivering outstanding results for our clients. This job will be 4 days a week 10-hour days. Wage will depend on experience; benefits start at 90 days. (401k, Vacation, Sick leave)

Vehicle Wrap and vinyl graphic Installer Duties and Responsibilities·

Apply vinyl wraps to vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, specialty vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and varying surfaces, following design specifications, and ensuring a smooth and even application.

· Clean and prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion of vinyl material, which may include removing previous graphics, wraps or paint protection film.

· Interpret and follow design layouts and graphics provided by clients, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.

· Use cutting tools and precision techniques to trim excess vinyl material, create clean edges, and achieve a seamless finish.

· Pay close attention to detail, making sure there are no wrinkles, bubbles, or imperfections in the applied vinyl, and addressing any issues promptly.

· Inspect completed graphics and wraps for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments or corrections to meet high standards.

· Maintain wrapping equipment and tools, and perform minor repairs or replacements as needed.

· Efficiently manage workflow to meet deadlines and ensure timely project completion.

· Clean and keep clean work area at the end of each day and or project, including time on the shop, at the end of the week.

· Follow safety guidelines and precautions to maintain a safe working environment.

Vehicle Wrap Installer Requirements and Qualifications

· At least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Wrap and graphic installer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

· Punctual, being on time and fulfilling a full day’s work consistently is a must.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the wrapping process.

· Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to translate proofs of concepts to completed vehicle wraps.

· Knowledge of different types of vinyl materials and their applications.

· Familiarity with wrapping tools and equipment, including heat guns/torches, cutting tools, and squeegees.

· Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.

· Physical dexterity and the ability to work in various weather conditions, including outdoor environments.

· Flexibility to work on a variety of vehicle types, windows, walls, and varying surfaces and sizes.
