Responsibilities: • Welcome customers, actively listen to their needs and accurately assess their vehicle concerns. • Partner directly with technicians during the inspection process to ensure a thorough and documented assessment. • Communicate service recommendations and options to customers. You will take the time to educate your guest so that they are equipped to make the best decision regarding the maintenance and repairs of their vehicle. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process - ensuring that the level of service that you provide earns referral business from your customers. • Keep our guests informed throughout the repair process ensuring that they feel comfortable every step of the way while we take care of their vehicle. Provide exceptional follow-up service to each guest ensuring that they had a great experience and that all of their concerns have been properly corrected, and let them when they should be back for their next service. You should be thinking about their car so that they don't have to! Qualifications: • Have a basic knowledge of vehicle service and maintenance. • Possess exceptional active listening, written, and verbal communication skills. • A team player driven to go the extra mile for your colleagues and customers • Hold a valid driver's license. • Embrace continuous learning and development. • Have a competitive drive and are willing to do what it takes to win every day. • Own your mistakes and the mistakes of your team, Nobody is perfect and nobody wants to hear excuses. • Build relationships with each life that you touch. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
