Job Summary
Our company is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, and/or technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking customer inquiries, solving problems, and recommending our products to potential customers. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for assisting our customers with any technical issues they might have with their products and/or services we offer.
Responsibilities
Identify the reason for the customer’s inquiry, collect relevant information and provide solutions
Refer to premade scripts for a variety of topics
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Meet personal and team quotas
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using technology
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
