Our client, a major entertainment/media firm located in NYC (Midtown), is looking to hire ServiceNow Developer. This is a 1-year contract with the likelihood of extension. You will have a strong team, great work culture and true work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, administering, and scripting the ServiceNow platform and will be helping to develop the best technical solutions for the ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM suites as well as the core platform.
• Design, configure, develop & implement baseline applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Provide architectural input and help maintain stability of overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used. Integrate ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components Core configuration - personalizing forms lists and administering applications modules.
• Manage tables, relationships, and metadata in ServiceNow.
• Experience with run book automation, self-service, and SN workflows Integration with other ITSM tools

Technical Requirements

• ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in Web-Services, Business Rules, JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, REST/API and custom integrations of ServiceNow to other business applications
• Experience customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly
• Administration and Development of ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACL’s, dictionary
• Strong skills in Flow, Workflow and Record Producer development
• Integration Hub and creating Custom Actions is a plus
