RDE Capital Group, LLC is seeking an on-site porter, landscaper, and maintenance technician for a 48-unit managed property in Fort Worth. The ideal person must have a full-time job and fulfill the following responsibilities to live on the property rent-free. If selected, the vendor must formally apply for the assigned unit, pay the application fee, and any other applicable fees. The unit includes water; the occupant has to request electric service in their name.

Responsibilities to be met in exchange for rent.

Responsible for the daily upkeep of grounds

Responsible for removing litter, trash, and cleaning the dumpsters

Responsible for spreading salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup in applicable areas

Responsible for upkeep of the property, including the building and the breezeway, which includes cleaning and removing trash and blowing leaves around the parking area and sidewalks.

Clean entry areas and frontage

Responsible for care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Responsible for light maintenance/repairs

Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) standards and company safety policies.

Responsible for a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.

Any other tasks assigned by the portfolio manager.
