    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Vendor prospecting & onboarding

    Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to expand product offerings

    Negotiate access to additional product lines and categories with existing suppliers

    Manage the full vendor qualification process including terms, compliance, and setup

    Buying group & vendor group management

    Represent Fix Supply at yearly vendor summits and industry meetings

    Align company goals with buying group initiatives and member programs

    Oversee rebate programs, incentive structures, and compliance tracking

    Build and maintain relationships with fellow group members and vendor reps

    ERP product data & vendor integration

    Partner with our data team to ensure timely ERP updates when vendor data changes (pricing, availability, specs, etc.)

    Oversee and coordinate API and EDI data feeds from vendors

    Identify data quality issues and drive resolution across systems

    Pricing & margin analysis

    Analyze vendor pricing, cost trends, and margin impact using Excel and internal reporting tools

    Support strategic sourcing decisions with data-backed recommendations

    Monitor rebate earnings and incentive performance against targets

    Qualifications:

    Required

    3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management

    Experience with buying groups or distributor programs

    Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, margin modeling)

    Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

    Preferred

    Experience with buying groups or distributor programs

    Background in industrial, OEM, or MRO product supply

    Familiarity with ERP systems and product data management

    Working knowledge of EDI or API-based data integrations

    Comfort presenting to vendor reps and executive stakeholders

    Exposure to BI or data visualization tools
