We're looking for a Graphics Coordinator to support our daily live broadcast content and work with our Production and Creative teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This role will be responsible for prioritization and distribution of daily graphics deliverables to our design team, as well as long term graphics development projects. We want someone who is excited about the VENN brand, but also brings their own ideas to the party!

This position will support our broadcasts from the studio in order to provide the quickest turnaround times on graphic needs. Experience in live production and graphics is a must, with television and gaming experience being huge pluses.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an up-to-date design queue based on production needs
• Field all graphic requests from production team and maintain clear lines of communication to ensure expectations are met
• Curate and maintain brand assets for easy access by design team
• Attend creative meetings for all shows to keep up to date on latest requests
• Assist in building show graphic playlists
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• 1-2 years of experience working with designers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A passion for gaming and entertainment
• Preferred: Basic proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects (i.e. ability to version out an existing template, open and validate files, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
