VENN is looking for a marketing coordinator to assist with the development and execution of consumer marketing and promotion plans to drive awareness and tune-in for the VENN brand and programming. 

This position will: 

• Coordinate the planning and execution of consumer marketing & brand campaigns

• Work cross-functionally between the Marketing Team and all other stakeholders to ensure alignment and approval across campaign deliveries

• Assist with managing external and internal teams and agencies in the creative development of promotional materials and media planning

• Track deliverables across marketing & branding needs by maintaining key team documents/trackers/calendars

• Responsible for day-to-day budget maintenance and awareness including but not limited to submission, tracking, and reporting

• Support in the creation of consumer marketing materials including presentations

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

• BA/BS and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of media & entertainment landscape
• Experience in TV marketing department
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills
• Proactive, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic.
• Proficiency with Google/Microsoft suite of programs and online file management systems preferred
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure, and pay close attention to detail
