Challenge Producer for a high profile live challenge show

Our show features contestants ranging from new faces, to the biggest stars in game streaming, all competing to be the last streamer standing. We're looking for a creative Swiss-Army-Knife producer to work with our team to design and produce hundreds of unique and exciting challenges/games that push mental, physical, gaming, social, and intellectual skills to their limits. 

Our ideal candidate has a GREAT sense for comedy, intimate knowledge of games and game mechanics, and exceptional skill in designing challenges/games that lead to unforgettable moments. 

Core responsibilities include: 

• Working with the EP to design, playtest, and execute the top-level game. 
• Operating as a central figure in the game/challenge “writer's room”
• Create a wide tonal range of challenges/games from novel, fun, and comedic, to gross-out, stressful, and difficult. Challenges/games will range from micro-short (~5-10 seconds) to long form (~12-20 minutes) 
• Working with the producing team to design, playtest, revise, and finalize each challenge prior to live broadcast. 
• Acquire all necessary physical items and craft/build custom items as needed
• Ensure successful delivery of all challenge props & game pieces to remote contestants.
• Ensure “idiot-proofing” of all challenge props & game pieces.  
• Manage budget and schedule for all games/challenges.

Ability to engineer simple internet-connected props that can be triggered remotely by us (e.g. air horns, flashing lights, small confetti cannon) is a MAJOR plus, but not required.

Ability to quickly code simple online multiplayer games in Unity is a huge plus, but not required.
