We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to support our daily live broadcast content and work with our Creative team to continue developing the VENN brand. This role will be responsible for the execution of daily graphics deliverables, as well as long term graphics development projects. We want someone who is excited about the VENN brand, but also brings their own style and ideas to the party!

This position will support our broadcasts from the studio in order to provide the quickest turnaround times on graphic needs. Experience in live television production is a must, while any other design experience you can bring to the table is a huge bonus.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

● Help develop and execute the VENN brand across our live broadcast content

● Create templates and workflows that streamline the graphics creation process in support of a live broadcast environment

● Design concept graphics for potential new programs

● Serve as a sounding board and mentor for growing design team

● Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

● 5+ years of experience in a production environment, with 3+ years in live television production preferred

● A passion for gaming and entertainment

● Ability to produce both static and MOTION GRAPHICS

● Preferred: 3D Modeling & Rendering experience

● Preferred: HTML & CSS experience

● Awareness of design trends across both television and the design community

● Self-motivated with the desire and ability to learn new skills to bring the best design to all aspects of VENN

● Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary

● Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

● Good interpersonal skills, both in contributing to the creative team as well as in representing the department throughout the company
