As an Event Planning Intern, you will have the opportunity to be a brand ambassador and the voice of our non-profit charity. Your winning personality will grab the attention of people through your face-to-face presentations at our private site retail events. Through this interaction you will be creating excitement around our clients causes and in turn generating long term donors – we really do make a massive difference to our charity partners! Initially, we would be looking to train you within the new campaign, to provide solid representation for our clients and generate new, long-term donors, so strong communications skills are a must! Event Planning Intern Duties include Building relationships with key bodies within the area of our event spaces, negotiation terms and planning for the coming weeks eventsSetting up of our branded events at various settings Completing donor applications and collecting payment details from new donors Establishing donor relationships at our private site events across the Georgia regionAssisting prospective donors with questions they may have and give full product informationProvide the public with information about the charitiesEstablish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result.
