    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provides high-level architectural guidance and assists the team in aligning architecture to business requirements. Works across the organization to foster a culture of applying applicable and relevant design patterns, in accordance with the needs of the company and guides the teams in the organization in anticipation of future use cases.

    Sets the direction of the architectural roadmap. Determines the Return-on-Investment for specific engineering initiatives and determines appropriate levels of investment for given strategic horizons. Establishes engineering strategic objectives that drive architecture and technical approach. Drives and sets the culture of quality and timely code reviews across the organization while encouraging teams to consider release complications. Provides guidance on reviews conducted by others. Champions the engineering organization with an ability to understand and deliver to real user needs. Actively works with the security team to set and refine organization-wide security strategy. Fosters a security first mindset across the organization. Drives security awareness and culture across the organization. Leads the developers in creating robust scalable solutions, following best practices and taking advantage of AEM features. Embrace emerging technology opportunities, create POCs demonstrating new and improved designs. Act as a proponent of best practices in design and implementation as well as proper use of CMS Exhibits relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards. Be the point person for design and strategies based on business requirements, long-term strategy, and creative design. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

    Required Skills : Preferred Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Preferred experience 4 years of implementing large scale AEM Solutions 8 years of implementing Content Management Solutions AEM Solution Design In depth understanding and experience in AEM core components: CRXDE Lite, WCM Core Components, DAM, HTL/Sightly components and services, and workflows. Experience with modern front-end development frameworks such as ReactJS Experience integrating GraphQL for the retrieval of content fragments, experience fragments and other headless solutions Strong Java/J2EE Background Web development technologies like CSS-3, JavaScript and ReactJS. Web site design, performance and security considerations. Experience using Agile development methods Experience modernizing legacy AEM implementations to AEM 6.5 Experience in large-scale AEM implementations Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience Experience integrating with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign and Audience Manager Experience with accessibility / A11y Experience with integrating AEM with a design system Experience with localization / multi-lingual support BASIC QUALIFICATION : ADDITIONAL SKILLS : Rank :A2 Requested Date :2021-04-08
