    POSITION SUMMARY

    The REGIONAL BENEFIT CONSULTANT (RBC) is responsible for the quoting, presenting, and placement of all Open Market quote requests.  The RBC will be the point person, acting Agent, for all Broker of Record (BOR) clients as their Regional Benefit Consultant. 

    In addition, the RBC is responsible for benefit presentations to both prospects and existing clients for all Master Plan and Open Market programs. The Benefit Consultant is also responsible for effective and efficient management of their assigned geographic territory. 

    The RBC is the Benefits expert for their assigned sales region and is required to maintain an active Group Life & Health Insurance License with each of their assigned states.
