    POSITION SUMMARY 

    The MARKETING MANAGER MARKETING: AUTOMATION ADMINISTRATOR specializes in managing and executing projects related to marketing campaigns, specifically using Marketo to email, capture, and funnel information to Salesforce and RSMs. The AMM uses the analytics from a campaign to help other Marketing Managers assess the effectiveness of growth-based initiatives. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, build, and maintain the architecture of Marketo to enable campaigns and programs to run efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with the creative department on the creation of digital assets (such as emails and landing pages) to maintain brand integrity
    • Maintain processes to support data quality, along with data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations
    • Collaborate with Salesforce admins on database management, integrations and dashboardsManage Marketo integrations with third-party tools/software (Zapier, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
    • Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
    • Work closely with Rev Ops to understand new program requirements and be able to communicate the technical aspects needed to configure and implement growth solutions.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • A degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in marketing/advertising, organizational management or other business-related field or experience
    • Proven graphics, marketing, and/or advertising experience. B2B experience is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of Marketo automation marketing software
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
    • Demonstrated excellence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar systems; and Adobe graphic manipulation software.
    • Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Product Management or other related skills are a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills including personnel skills needed in staffing and development of marketing personnel.
