Job Description
As the Senior Client Relations Specialist, your primary duty is to provide administrative support to the development teams. Candidates must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be quick learners, detail-oriented, very customer service driven and able to get along with an array of clients in different industries and with varying personality types. Knowledge of the PEO model is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between client and internal operations to ensure a positive working relationship with assigned book of clients
- Run point on following client retention processes to retain at risk relationships
- Act as overflow for the implementation team, onboarding new clients, including working with the client, company and agent to gather company detail, set-up of the company and employee detail in our payroll software, facilitate binding of workers' compensation policy and assist with ensuring a smooth and accurate processing of initial payroll
- Dashboard creation and user set-up of our client facing web-based payroll, check printing and custom reporting software
- Update and/or create Vensure Team Contact cards
- Work proactively to facilitate solutions as challenges present themselves
- Maintain open communication regarding clients with the necessary internal teams
- Assist in the tracking and completion of team projects and initiatives
- Review weekly reports to assist with client retention efforts
- Review monthly reports to analyze trends
- Track client repricing requests to ensure timely responses
- Test software updates to ensure functionality
- Analyze data and review procedures and policies to determine answers to clients' questions
- File and maintain client records
- Coordinate the resolution of client issues
- Perform administrative support tasks, as needed, by the Client Relations team
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars
- Assist with the planning and execution of special meetings, events and conferences
- Act as support for Client Relations department when team members are traveling

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ Years of Experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
- Experience in payroll and payroll tax, as well as general business knowledge, preferred
