    POSITION SUMMARY

    The CDM partners with the owner and/or Key Decision Maker (KDM) at the client company and evaluates their current strategic initiatives utilizing the HoRizon™ Process, then partners with the service team to ensure identified deliverables are developed, completed and delivered, providing value that positively impacts our client’s business that results in client retention and growth. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Utilize the HoRizon™ Process to develop and maintain strategic business plans designed to provide solutions that
    • Contribute to the clients’ success and growth of their business, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop effective relationships with client owners, KDMs, client appointed contacts and/or on-site supervisors.
    • Interact with clients to gain knowledge of their business model, drivers, goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate development and delivery of strategic service plans for clients and monitor programs as needed.
    • Participate in prospect meetings with sales and service team members in order to provide insight on benefits to
    • prospective client.
    • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, sales staff, and all other company
    • team members, ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
    • Attend webinars, seminars and other trainings to stay-up-to-date on laws and best practices that affect business owners.
    • Assist with Podcast, Blog postings, and training as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

    • BA degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Management or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
    • Minimum of three years of strategic HR experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
    • Experience in leading and empowering teams preferred.
    • Operations experience preferred.
    • P&L responsibility and accountability preferred.
    • Project management skills or experience and proficiency in managing multiple projects preferred
