CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for communicating with our customers by conveying information from operations to our customers and vice versa as well as providing customers with the responses and support to all their requests and needs in a timely manner.

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
· Transportation/freight-forwarding: 1 year (Preferred)
· General customer service: 3 years (required)
SKILLS:
· Bilingual (Preferred)
· Communicate clearly and accurately
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
· Team player attitude
· Must have the ability to work together across boundaries and exchange as well as adapt skills
