    JOB TITLE: TRAVEL & EXPENSE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Vensure companies support a broad spectrum of industries, with services including payroll, employee benefits, workers' compensation, safety and risk management and HR administration.  

    POSITION SUMMARY:  The Vensure Accounts Payable team has an immediate opening for a motivated candidate looking to work in a rapidly growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all required supporting documentation is submitted by the employees, and if issues arise, that they are resolved in a timely manner.  Responsible for supporting internal employees, understanding the T&E policies & procedures and recording expenses accurately and timely.  

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages the daily end to end travel and expense reports for all internal employees
    • Provides guidance on Travel and Expense processes to all employees and facilitates completion
    • Analyzes existing systems/processes to determine more efficient processing methods
    • Submits approved expenses to Payroll for processing
    • Enters approved expenses to Intacct (Accounting Software)
    • Assists with implementing new travel system for company
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Previous Travel & Expense processing is a plus
    • Experience with growth companies a plus
