Central Phoenix company is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with a minimum of 4 year’s experience.
Skills, Experience, Duties:
QuickBooks and Excel proficiency is a MUST
A/R, A/P, General Ledger, journal entries, AIA billing, bank and credit card reconciliations
Lien releases, job costing, insurance management, and other administrative duties
Ability to create and manage financial reports
Enters employees time for payroll
Highly detail oriented, organized and a self-starter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Construction and manufacturing experience is a plus.
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour DOE
