JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Representative

REPORTS TO: Sales Department
POSITION SUMMARY: A dynamic, personable, self-driven professional responsible for prospecting and selling products and services to organizations. Clearly and fully explain the benefits of a PEO, ensuring client expectations are consistent with Company deliverables. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop short and long-term sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and profit margins.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business in designated territory
- Be a student of the industry knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Broker practices and trends
- Be aware of competitors and their initiatives and analyze competitive threats
- Take ownership for the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all services for assigned clients
- Oversee renewal proposals and processes for current clients
- Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
- Develop lead generation and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activity
- Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by management
- Attend monthly consulting meetings and offer training and coaching for staff
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years progressive sales experience with an insurance carrier, managed care organization, agency, TPA, Payroll, HCM or PEO type of B2B Intangible sale
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Life and Health License a bonus
- Extensive travel in the designated area required
