The Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
* Ensure client benefit plans' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
* Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes
* Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions.
* Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
* Provide reports for allocation and billing.

* Associates Degree or above
* 2-5 years of group benefit experience
