    Position Summary

    The Sales Enablement role provides sales leaders and business consultants with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, this role is a key contributor to Sales Effectiveness. Working with teams across the organization to support in the development, deployment, and maintenance of sales content under the leadership of the SVP of Sales Enablement. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Recommend, support, design, develop, implement, optimize enablement and training solutions, including online learning, instructor-led training, instructional videos, job aids, audio/video scripts, role play exercises, etc. that will drive attainment of sales goals.
    • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
    • Support in developing and delivering sales training curriculum.
    • Support creation and optimization of educational content for ongoing training and development.
    • Facilitate and influence content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
    • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
    • Serve as a liaison between direct sales teams, demo specialists, product support teams and specialized sales teams such as Solvo, PRO, SDRs, etc.
    • Assist in development and enhancement of critical sales tools and processes.
    • Create a positive learning climate by building learner motivation and delivering constructive feedback.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Familiarity with Vensure sales process and culture.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices, with preferred experience supporting channel partner sales.
    • Strong project management skills demonstrating sense of ownership.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

    Education & Experience

    • Experience working in sales, marketing or learning management.
    • Some experience in collaborating with the marketing department on cohesive content creation.
