Position Summary

The Vensure Accounts Payable team has an immediate opening for a motivated candidate looking to work in a rapidly growing company. In this position, you will support the teams' effort to take its operational efficiency to the next level. This individual will help with the daily functionalities in the Accounts Payable team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with mid-month and month-end close AP reconciliations
• Assist in the approval flow of daily invoices and check runs
• Maintain reporting to track invoicing across multiple operating systems
• Assist with wire process and posting
• Assist with other duties as needed

Education & Experience

• Degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience, is required
• Minimum three years Accounts Payable experience
• Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication, patience, perseverance, and follow through skills
• Problem solving skills are mandatory as well as the ability to manage resources to complete team goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required in addition to proficiency with other Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed
