We are seeking 6–7 compassionate and skilled nurses (LPNs or RNs) to support a client with complex care needs, including ventilator management, tube feedings, and other advanced nursing tasks. This position offers consistent 12‑hour shifts (8a–8p and 8p–8a), and we are looking for nurses who are confident in high‑acuity home care, able to work independently, and committed to providing dignified, person‑centered support in a stable one‑on‑one environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.

Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota.

Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
