Your work will involve conducting tests, analyzing data, and assisting engineers in the development of innovative solutions.     Reports To: Engineering Manager

    Job Duties:

    Conduct a variety of tests and experiments to evaluate product performance and functionality.

    Accurately record and analyze test results and data, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

    Collaborate with engineers to develop test methods and investigate technical challenges.

    Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) programs to interpret and work with technical drawings.

    Assist in the assembly and disassembly of prototypes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

    Contribute to research and development efforts during the product creation phase.

    Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to ensure efficient workflow.

    Support the engineering team in modifying and testing products and processes.

    Embrace continuous learning and stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.

    Desired Skills/Qualifications:

    Curiosity and passion for problem-solving, with a creative and innovative mindset.

    Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools for equipment handling.

    Ability to present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.

    High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
