RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the sales team to obtain & present rates from service providers
• Present quotations to inside & outside customers
• Liaise between sales and operations team
• Follow up with customers & leads on quotes provided
• Develop relationships with inside & outside customers

REQUIREMENTS

·        1-2 years of experience in the logistics industry

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·        Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
