CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR NEEDED FOR CLINICAL RESEARCH COMPANY IN PLANO, TX! 

Ventavia Research Group is a clinical research firm focused on providing exceptional services to the clinical trial industry and community. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Research Coordinator with a clinical research background, expert critical thinking skills, and meticulous organization/attention to detail 

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you are a key member of our team responsible for coordinating various aspects of care for patients enrolled in research trials, managing the distribution and collection of essential data required to complete assigned research projects, and ensuring that all data is collected in compliance with FDA and GCP/ICH standards.  

 THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

• Has 3-5 years of clinical research experience. 
• Has excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills 
• Is comfortable organizing, planning, and prioritizing work with little direction 
• Has effective communication skills and feels comfortable informing patients or caregivers about study aspects and outcomes to be expected 
• Likes to work as part of a team; able to easily build relationships with trial center colleagues and staff 
• May have medical certifications and/or some phlebotomy experience

 OUR CRCS: 

• Monitor study activities to ensure compliance with protocols and with all relevant local, federal, and state regulatory and institutional policies. Prepare for, or participate in, quality assurance audits conducted by study sponsors, federal agencies, or specially designated review groups. 
• Assess eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as screening interviews, reviews of medical records, or discussions with physicians and nurses. 
• Serve as a point of contact for the sponsor and other entities involved in clinical research studies, promoting a proactive and professional relationship with external affiliates regarding clinical research. 
• Perform specific protocol procedures such as interviewing/consenting subjects, taking vital signs, drawing blood, providing study injections, performing electrocardiograms, etc.
