    Are you an ambitious Sale Development Representative (SDR) looking for a new opportunity to grow with an expanding company?

    Role Description

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our dynamic team at Ventura Solutions, a leading staffing and consulting firm specializing in the medical device industry. The SDR will play a pivotal role in our sales department by generating leads, executing a multi-channel outbound strategy, and setting up appointments. This is an inside sales position with the potential for high-performing individuals to advance to an Account Executive role.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Execute a multi-channel outbound strategy to identify and qualify potential leads within the medical device and combination products industry.
    • Prospect Qualification: Assess the needs and potential fit of prospects.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our Account Executives to present our staffing and consulting services to qualified prospects within the medical device field.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our medical device clients, their staffing needs, and the consulting services we provide.
    • CRM Software: Utilize Crelate CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads, appointments, and communications.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and consulting experts to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
    • Digital Marketing: Employ digital marketing techniques to amplify brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • Proven experience in executing a multi-channel outbound strategy, preferably in a sales or business development role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
    • A competitive mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
    • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Adaptability and the willingness to learn about medical device staffing and consulting within the healthcare industry.
