Venture Commercial is a commercial real estate firm headquartered in NYC. Since 2017, we've been changing what tenants expect out of a brokerage company and, as a result, have been lucky enough to represent some of the most exciting companies in the world.

We're excited by our own growth and are eager to expand the team with an entrepreneurial individual who's driven and service oriented. Our ideal candidate has some commercial real estate experience, but more importantly is a hungry self-starter who is eager to learn about the industry and can demonstrate great customer service.

Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Working with the companies to help close deals. That means:
  • Compiling surveys
  • Touring clients
  • Drafting proposals
  • Preparing financial analysis
  • Reviewing lease drafts
  • Coordinating vendors
• Helping compile and research data on NYC building submarkets
• Outreach to commercial landlords for market info and to update internal systems
• Supporting fellow brokers and teammates around prospecting and client success
• Developing new business through cold outreach via email and phone

Here's what we're looking for:

• A strong foundation in sales or customer service
• An interest in commercial real estate
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong research and writing skills
• Problem solving skills, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
