Job Description
Outdoor clothing company seeks enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Communicate with consumers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job functions:
- Handles customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests (Experience with Shopify & Amazon is a plus)
- Manages customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Handle returns and process RMA warranties
- Keep the front lobby area clean and organized
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a must
- Computer literate; familiarity using Microsoft /Eccomerce systems
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
- Fantastic customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills
