    Job Description

    Outdoor clothing company seeks enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Communicate with consumers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Job functions:

    • Handles customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests (Experience with Shopify & Amazon is a plus)
    • Manages customers' accounts
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
    • Handle returns and process RMA warranties
    • Keep the front lobby area clean and organized
    • Other administrative duties as needed

    Requirements and Qualifications


    • Previous customer service or sales experience is a must
    • Computer literate; familiarity using Microsoft /Eccomerce systems
    • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
    • Fantastic customer service skills
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent with excellent written and verbal communication skills
