    The Opportunity

    This is a position where you will build and launch a new product within Adobe working within an exciting org that is incubating next-generation ideas. You will lead engineers, designers, and prototypers to bring to life a product, test it with customers and demonstrate product-market fit.

    What you'll do

    • Function as the GM for a new incubation venture within Adobe

    • Design and implement an innovative solution for Enterprise Marketing teams that streamlines the end-to-end workflow of managing creator and influencer campaigns .

    • The solution will employ the latest advancements in Generative AI (e.g., AI agents ) to transform today’s fragmented, scalable system built for measurable outcomes, deeper analytics, and consistent performance.

    • Build and lead a small but mighty team of Engineers, Prototypers , Designers and Researchers to deliver on the product vision.

    • Build and maintain the product roadmap, identifying new product opportunities and prioritizing them based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

    • Draw upon an executive leadership 'board' designed to support incubation efforts at Adobe.

    • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to find opportunities and define product requirements.

    • Craft a go-to-market plan which incorporates partnerships with relevant content owners and product launch with get alpha / beta customers.

    • Define and supervise key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify new avenues to pursue.

    • Own the P&L for the product and run budget accordingly.

    What's needed to succeed!

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

    • Confirmed experience (10+ years) as a Product leader, preferably with a focus on building applications in the Marketing space for Enterprises.

    • Deep understanding of creator- and influencer-led marketing workflows and a compelling vision for how Generative AI can reimagine campaign orchestration - automating complex processes, enhancing collaboration, and empowering marketers

    • Proven ability to influence and rally a variety of partners (from senior executives to team members) around your vision and gain alignment to implement.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing day-to-day blocking and tackling

    • The role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategy and people management.

    • Consistent record of delivering successful products ahead of schedule.

    • Confirmed organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

    • Passion for crafting exceptional experiences and driving business growth through delivering on the needs of marketing and communications professionals in an Enterprise.

    • Bringing ideas from 0 to 1, concentrating on bringing solutions that make a marketer’s role easier and more impactful

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $172,400 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $231,000 - $334,500 In New York, the pay range for this position is $231,000 - $334,500

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
