We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor assistant for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will over one year of mortgage processing assistant experience a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. Responsibilities: Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, income and asset documentation, and other required borrower and property information, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records Maintain detailed documentation of the loan process in our system - from origination to close • Assist Loan Processor with the ordering of verifications of employment, payoff information, requesting title work, homeowner's insurance updates, and many other functions that are necessary to close a mortgage loan file. Qualifications: Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement • At least one year of mortgage or banking experience. Compensation: $15 hourly + bonus
