Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor assistant for our dynamic lending team. The ideal candidate will over one year of mortgage processing assistant experience a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. COMPENSATION: $15 hourly + bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, income and asset documentation, and other required borrower and property information, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness

• Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records

• Maintain detailed documentation of the loan process in our system - from origination to close

• Assist Loan Processor with the ordering of verifications of employment, payoff information, requesting title work, homeowner's insurance updates, and many other functions that are necessary to close a mortgage loan file.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement

• At least one year of mortgage or banking experience.

We are looking for a Loan Processor Assistant that wants to be in a smaller office that enjoys camaraderie amongst their peers. We love to work hard and play hard.
