What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of management experience

Primrose Venture Program experience (minimum 1 year required)

Teaching experience (1+ year in a licensed Texas childcare facility)

Flexible schedule, able to work various shifts as needed (standard shift: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM)

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong, relevant experience matters most!

What You’ll Do:

Support and mentor teachers in the Venture program

Assist in training new staff alongside the Leadership Team

Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum quality

Foster a positive, solution-oriented school culture

Step into classrooms to provide coverage and support as needed
