Solar Sales Advisor - Venture Solar

LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm

COMPENSATION: Base salary + commission

EDUCATION: Minimum requirement - High school diploma

EXPERIENCE: No experience necessary!

WHO WE ARE:

Venture Solar is looking for a Solar Sales Advisor to join our growing organization. As an Advisor, you will be a solid contributor by not only generating leads but also setting up appointments for our Sales consultants. You will directly to report to the District Sales Manager.

We are seeking candidates with a student mentality, who are willing to work hard, and have a great attitude- no experience is required. The solar industry is relatively new, and we understand that. VENTURE SOLAR offers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply! We have a proven process, and we will spend time working with you to develop your skills to be successful. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who likes working with people, is passionate about helping others, and wants to earn a very healthy income.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist homes and families with saving money through our residence focused sales practice

· Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution

· Set appointments for yourself to answer any outstanding customer questions inside the home.

· Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process

· Strategically network and expand your customer base

· Confidently provide focused customer service

· Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

· Willingness to learn, work hard, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow with our company

· Passion for sales and the sales process

· Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns

· Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule to be productive

· Desire to help homes and families save money and live healthier, greener life.

· Must have reliable transportation and current drivers license
