    Key responsibilities:

    As a Customer Experience and Sales Advisor, your day-to-day activities will include:

    Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and assist with sales inquiries.

    Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timelines.

    Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our travel trailers to effectively communicate features, benefits, and options to potential buyers.

    Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and issues with a positive attitude, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.

    Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

    CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools and systems to maintain customer records, track interactions, and manage follow-up tasks.

    Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties related to customer service and sales support.

    Basic Required Qualifications:

    Previous experience in customer service and inside sales roles.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using CRM tools and cloud-based applications.

    Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethics.
