    Job Description

    As our Venue Sales Manager, you’ll do more than book events, you’ll build relationships, craft experiences, and guide our clients through one of the most exciting seasons of their lives. You’re equal parts hospitality pro, detail whisperer, and trusted advisor!

    What You’ll Do:

    Client Experience & Sales

    • Represent the venue with warmth and professionalism at every touch point
    • Lead venue tours that are informative, engaging, and tailored to each client
    • Prepare custom proposals and confidently guide clients through the booking process
    • Maintain consistent communication from inquiry through event day
    • Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to glowing referrals and repeat bookings

    Planning Support & Internal Coordination

    • Participate in weekly meetings to review upcoming events and client updates
    • Assist in shaping the guest experience with a focus on service flow and personalization
    • Support day-of execution by prepping the team and being available for client needs
    • Support content creation efforts by contributing client stories, planning highlights, and event insights to the company blog in collaboration with the marketing team

    Sales Strategy & Brand Presence

    • Track inquiries, conversion rates, and monthly bookings to support team goals
    • Identify opportunities for up-selling and seasonal promotions
    • Represent the brand at open houses, industry events, and styled shoots
    • Work with the marketing team to spotlight client stories, rave reviews, and culinary highlights

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    You’re a Great Fit If You:

    • Have 2+ years in event sales, hospitality, or venue coordination
    • Are a natural communicator who knows how to listen, guide, and reassure
    • Thrive in a client-facing role and genuinely enjoy helping people celebrate
    • Know your way around a catering menu, a floor plan, and a timeline
    • Are organized, responsive, and cool under pressure, especially during high engagement season
    • Are available to work evenings and weekends as needed (events don’t follow a 9–5!)
