Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our company and be part of our team! This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will be working closely with the sales team to provide outstanding customer service by effectively collaborating with internal networks and developing customer relationships. Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Pacific Time. Responsibilities and Duties * Build deep knowledge base of the order fulfillment process, tools, and reports, and take full ownership from order intake, fulfillment, and timely delivery * Receive and process sales order entry in company's ERP system, monitor and ship backorders, check order status, check inventory levels and provide tracking information to sales and customers * Work with cross functional teams to track orders to ensure on-time deliveries * Work closely with the sales team to address customer service issues and claims in a timely manner * Establish productive relationships and communication with all internal cross-functional partners * Become well informed of accounts, company markets and products to provide customers with appropriate resolutions for their needs and problems * Process daily product sample requests in a timely manner and send to operations for fulfillment Skills & Qualifications * Authorized to work in the US. * Fluent in English * High school degree or equivalent required * Three (3) years of relevant work experience; must have customer service experience in a B2B professional environment * Must have experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) * Should have extensive familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be customer focused with the ability to adapt to various personality types * Foster teamwork, positive morale, and open communication * Must be proactive, task and detail-oriented Company Description Welcome to Venus Group!
