    Verato is seeking to hire a Product Manager for its Software-as-a-Service offering. This position will be based out of our HQ office in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Product Manager will be a key member of our Product Management group, which sets the long-term vision for Verato’s Identity products, communicates this vision across various stakeholders within the organization, and ultimately drives the execution of this product vision.

    The Product Manager will be expected to do the following:

    ·      Create, refine and prioritize the product backlog for the development team, and verify the completeness of each new feature release

    ·      Document the software behavior and functionality for internal stakeholders and/or external customers

    ·      Work closely with Verato’s customer support and delivery organization to communicate and understand desired software enhancements and bug fixes

    ·      Assist in defining and creating reports and analysis for internal stakeholders and/or external customers

    ·      Gather end-user feedback in order to define product enhancements that will improve the customer experience

    ·      Evaluate market trends and competitive differentiation

     

    This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires an understanding of software sales, marketing, and product delivery combined with strong technology intuition.

    Requirements

    TO FULFILL THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING ARE DESIRED:

    ·      Bachelor’s Degree

    ·      4+ years of experience in the software industry with multiple different roles across the software business, such as product management, project management, consulting, software implementation, marketing, software support, pre-sales support, or software development

    ·      Strong decision-making ability with an aptitude for considering quantitative and qualitative evidence to support product decisions

    ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, marketing and sales teams

    ·      Excellent attention to detail

    ·      Past experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of healthcare applications such as EMRs, Integration Engines, EMPIs, or Population Health / Analytics solutions is a plus

    ·      Experience with agile software development processes a plus
