Fast-growing Twin Cities based property management company looking to hire a qualified individual able to remove snow on 10-20 Minneapolis/St. Paul properties. Responsibilities: • Efficiently clean off driveways and parking lots • Be willing to work late evenings and early mornings as a service to our property owners and tenants • Able to communicate with tenants if the situation arises • Be willing to work both indoors and outdoors • Be willing to drive to different work sites throughout the metro Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Own reliable transportation as well as the tools required to perform job duties • Good communicator with ability to use a smart phone, text, email Compensation: $25 - $40 for each property
