Inventory of client records/paper files for input into excel/access . Compilation of spreadsheets from financial records, as well as Review of and analysis of financial records including bank statements, financial statements, etc. . Perform general bookkeeping/accounting tasks . Payroll, including setting up new payroll accounts . Client account reconciliations KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: . Able to multi task and prioritize a variety of tasks daily . Self-motivated with willingness to learn . Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing work environment . Sound judgement, problem-solving ability and be able to look analytically at the tasks assigned . Ability to work as part of Team, as well as independently REQUIREMENTS: . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel . Proficiency in QuickBooks .
