Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing activities, including analysis of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and complete analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the accuracy and validity of transactions.
• Contribute to the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Support in special projects as requested.

**Requirements & Qualifications **

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• High Proficiency and recent usage in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
